Agent Spotlight: Meet Mike Pines

Agent Spotlight: Meet Mike Pines

From shadowing open houses to leading smooth, stress-free closings, Mike Pines has been with The Condo Experts for over 11 years. In this Q&A, Mike shares how the platform helped him grow from a new agent into one of the most trusted condo specialists in his market.

Q: Can you tell us a little about your background in real estate?
I come from a real estate family. My uncle is a developer in South Florida, so I was always around the industry. When it came time to choose a career, I didn’t shop around. I went straight to Brian Maser. I had heard great things, and once I saw how he ran his open houses and interacted with clients, I knew I was in the right place. I shadowed him for about six months while studying for my license, and I haven’t looked back since.

Q: What made you decide to join The Condo Experts?
It was Brian. The guy is genuine. No sales games, no fluff—just real knowledge and a clean, honest approach. I met him at an open house, and even back then, he was ahead of the curve on how he prepped listings. Plus, everyone I met had nothing but great things to say about him. It felt like the right place, with the right people, and the right structure.

Q: What parts of the platform have made the biggest impact on your business?
The Pre-Packaged Condo Sale system changed everything. Having all the documents, inspections, and disclosures upfront eliminates the guesswork. It keeps buyers informed, helps us avoid surprises, and makes the entire transaction smoother. I sleep better at night knowing the deal is solid before it even starts. It’s allowed me to scale because I’m spending less time chasing details and more time building relationships.

Q: Can you give an example of how that system helped in a recent deal?
Honestly, every deal since we started prepackaging follows the same smooth path. There are fewer repair requests, less back-and-forth, and way more confidence from both sides. Buyers trust what they’re seeing, and that leads to cleaner, quicker escrows. It’s made the business feel way less chaotic.

Q: What kind of support has been most helpful to your growth?
100% the coaching. Brian’s approach taught me how to think, speak, and act like a professional. I find myself repeating things he’s said because it just works. I don’t need his help as much anymore because he coached me so well. Now, I’m confident coaching others.

Q: What results have you seen since joining?
My business has grown exponentially. The combo of bus benches, email and text campaigns, mailers, and open houses—all done consistently and systematically—brings in business. We knock doors after open houses and land more listings. The whole process works when you stick to it.

Q: Has the client experience changed for you?
Absolutely. When I started believing in the process, clients started believing in me. They respect me more, they follow my lead, and they don’t question every detail. I treat the transaction like a surgeon treats a procedure: calm, confident, and by the book. That energy is contagious.

Q: What’s something that surprised you after joining?
How simple the process can be. Real estate is tough, but when you follow the Condo Experts model, it becomes streamlined. We list, we package, we close. Often in 30 days or less.

Q: What would you say to an agent who's feeling stuck or considering a move?
Come hang out with us for a day. Spend time with Brian or me and see the system in action. I guarantee you’ll walk away energized and impressed.

Q: What do you love most about what you do now?
Helping people find a home. It’s the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and being part of that moment feels amazing. It’s not just a job—it’s something that really makes a difference in people’s lives.
