Robert Peña serves as the Director of Systems, Data & Technology for The Condo Experts, overseeing the digital infrastructure, CRM platforms, marketing technology, and backend systems that support one of Southern California’s most specialized condominium real estate teams. Robert plays a critical role in building and maintaining the technological foundation that allows the organization to operate with efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Working closely with the leadership team and the company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Robert helps design and manage the systems that power the company’s operations. His responsibilities include managing the team’s CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, lead tracking tools, data infrastructure, and real estate technology stack, ensuring agents have the tools and systems needed to effectively manage relationships, follow up with clients, and convert opportunities into successful transactions.

Robert is also responsible for organizing and maintaining the company’s data management systems, documentation workflows, and digital infrastructure that support every real estate transaction. From coordinating MLS data and listing information to managing marketing assets and documentation processes, he ensures that all materials, data inputs, and systems remain accurate, organized, and optimized.

As part of the company’s ongoing innovation efforts, Robert works with artificial intelligence tools and advanced data systems to help streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and support smarter decision-making across the organization.
