Meet Nick

Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, I’ve spent my life on the Westside of Los Angeles and have developed a deep familiarity with its neighborhoods, buildings, and communities. That local knowledge, combined with a business degree from Arizona State University, helps me bring both a personal and analytical approach to real estate.

As a member of The Condo Experts team, I work closely with Brian Maser, Mike Pines, and our experienced group of advisors to help guide clients through the process of selling and buying condominiums. Our team has spent decades specializing in the Westside condo market, and I’m proud to contribute to a process that emphasizes preparation, transparency, and thoughtful strategy.

My role focuses on organization, communication, and attention to detail. I work diligently in front and behind the scenes to ensure that every step of the transaction—from preparing property materials to coordinating the many moving parts of a sale—is handled carefully and efficiently.
