Celina Huang serves as the Head of Operations and Marketing for The Condo Experts, where she oversees the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that power one of the most specialized condominium real estate teams in Southern California. Known for her ability to design efficient, scalable systems, Celina plays a critical role in supporting agent growth, streamlining transaction management, and ensuring that every buyer and seller experiences a highly organized, transparent, and professional real estate process.

Celina began her real estate career at Redfin, one of the largest technology-driven real estate platforms in the country. There, she managed listing operations for a team of 15 agents and successfully launched 40+ listings per month, gaining extensive experience in high-volume transaction management, listing coordination, and digital marketing systems. Her ability to oversee complex transaction pipelines, create detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate seamlessly between agents, clients, and marketing teams sparked her passion for real estate operations and process optimization.

At The Condo Experts, Celina works closely with Founder and Broker Brian Maser to help organize and manage the operational backbone of the entire organization. She oversees the systems that support the team’s growth, agent training, and client experience while continuously improving the technology, workflows, and documentation processes that drive efficiency across the company.

Behind the scenes, Celina plays a vital role in every real estate transaction, ensuring that contracts, disclosures, and documentation systems are handled with exceptional attention to detail. She helps maintain a structured process so that both buyers and sellers receive clear communication, proper disclosures, and full transparency throughout the entire transaction process. Her leadership ensures that every deal is executed with accuracy, compliance, and professionalism—helping create one of the most organized and client-focused real estate experiences in the market.

In addition to transaction operations, Celina leads the company’s marketing coordination and listing systems, helping ensure that properties are launched efficiently and that the team’s brand presence continues to grow across key Los Angeles condominium markets and Southern California communities. Her strategic mindset, combined with her expertise in project management, contract management, and operational systems, allows The Condo Experts to maintain a high-performance environment that supports both agents and clients.
